What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, subject and message. When you join our career pool we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, field of interest and the CV you upload.

Why we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, to assess your profile for current and future roles, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who can see it

Your details are accessed by authorised Elite HRSP staff. With your agreement, a CV may be shared with a client organisation for a specific role. Our website host and email provider process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. CVs in our career pool are kept for up to 24 months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing info@elitehrsp.com.
